The feature film - based the film on the 1987 Japanese psychological novel Strangers by Taichi Yamada - is directed by Andrew Haigh and was released in the UK on January 26.
The film stars Andrew as screenwriter drawn back to his childhood home who enters into a fledgling relationship with a mysterious neighbor (Paul).
Andrew appeared relaxed and in high spirits as he dazzled under the limelight at the glitzy annual event, while stopping on the blue carpet for some shots ahead of the big night.
The Fleabag favourite appeared to be having quite the time of his life as he captured being busy posing and having fun with other celebrity pals.
He was snapped larking about alongside Hollywood alum Anne Hathaway - as the duo both rocked stylish sunglasses.
Andrew and the Interstellar star seemed to match each other's spirit as he opted for dark retro shades, while Anne went for an edgy pair of silver cat-eye sunglasses.
The American actress showcased her toned figure white sleeveless jumpsuit with embroidered details.
The Ripley sensation also rubbed shoulders with Natalie Portman - who made a fashion statement in an exquisite couture two-piece from Balmain.
